A closer look

Your website should help visitors understand your business and complete the action that matters. Through our technology partner, QBS delivers company websites and e-commerce projects built around agreed content, user journeys, and features. We define the scope before choosing the implementation, so the result fits your business rather than a generic feature list.

Who this helps

New companies building their first website, established businesses replacing an outdated site, and businesses planning an online store.

Options & deliverables

  • Page structure, content requirements, and a responsive interface
  • Business website or online store development within the agreed scope
  • Booking, enquiry, or checkout integrations where specified
  • Testing, deployment, and a documented ownership and handover arrangement

Before we begin

  • Your services or products, audience, and main website objective
  • Brand assets, available copy, photographs, and example websites
  • Required integrations, payment or booking providers, and content-editing needs
  • Domain ownership, target budget, and the people approving content

How the work progresses

  1. Define the experience

We agree the pages, content, visitor journeys, and acceptance criteria.

  2. Design and build

We develop the agreed design and features, with review points for your feedback.

  3. Test and hand over

We check the scoped journeys, deploy the site, and document access and responsibilities.

Scope & dependencies

Content writing, product entry, photography, paid apps, hosting, payment-provider approval, and ongoing maintenance are included only when specified. Account ownership and recurring third-party costs are agreed before launch.

Common questions

Can I edit the website myself?

Yes, if content editing is part of the agreed scope. We choose an appropriate approach and include the relevant handover.

Do you offer online stores as well as company websites?

Yes. Product structure, checkout, fulfilment information, and integrations need to be defined separately for an e-commerce project.

Who owns the domain and service accounts?

The ownership arrangement is documented before launch. Business-critical accounts should be clearly assigned, with appropriate access handed over.

Is ongoing maintenance included?

Not automatically. Updates, support, hosting administration, and future features require an explicitly agreed arrangement.
